On-Line Training Fees
Single Module - Hospital Account (Basic or Advanced)
- Fee: $49/month for 12 months, or $499 single annual payment
- Annual contract will automatically renew after 12 months. At the time of renewal you may call to cancel at any time.
- Account has 20-user limit and 4 certification credits are included at sign-up. Additional credits are available for $49 each.
Both Modules – Hospital Account (Save 30% off the regular price)
- Fee: $69/month for 12 months, or $699 single annual payment
- Annual contract will automatically renew after 12 months. At the time of renewal you may call to cancel at any time.
- Account has 20-user limit and 4 certification credits are included at sign-up. Additional credits are available for $49 each.
Individual Accounts
- Fee: Single payment of $149 for one module, or $199 for both modules
- For Individual Accounts the registrant will receive 4 months of access and 1 credit (8 months of access and 2 credits for both modules).
* Certificates are mailed directly from AVImark after successfully completing the program and scoring a passing grade of 70% on the final exam(s).
